Join us for a 6-month journey designed specifically for Medic Mums supporting their children/ young people with additional challenges including neurodivergence, mental health challenges, or difficulties attending school.

• 10 Live Expert-Led Sessions: We meet twice a month (alternating late morning and evenings) to ensure you can join when suits you. We know everyone's schedules are different you probably won't be able to attend all sessions. We have priced the offer accordingly and every session works as a standalone. 

   

• Our Experience: We bring our professional backgrounds in General Practice, MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), Transformational Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine to support you to find calm in the chaos.

   

• A Community of Peers: Connect with women who truly get it - and no need to explain why you’re exhausted.

   

• Lived Experience: We aren't just facilitators; we are parents living these challenges with you and walking this path too.

How it works: 

Each session is a gentle blend of guided journaling, mindfulness grounding, and connection with strategies for moving from survival to thriving.

There will also be opportunities for small group work to ensure that you always have an intimate, safe space to talk and be heard.
