About Us

Hi, We're Katie and Kate - GPs, Certified Coaches and Lifestyle Medicine Specialists, each with over two decades of extensive professional experience supporting parents and families. We also both have personal, lived experience of raising our own children with additional needs.

That's why we've created The Survive & Thrive Collective - to provide the support we wished we had on our own journey.
