Who are we?
We’re Dr Katie Amiel and Dr Kate Davies — GPs, coaches, and parents with lived experience of raising children with additional needs.
We’ve sat in the meetings, faced the meltdowns, read the research, and juggled the responsibilities. We know what it feels like to be strong for everyone else while quietly running on empty.
That’s why we created The Survive & Thrive Collective — a space to empower and nourish fellow parents through evidence-informed support, community, and creativity.
